Public Relations Department keeps museum connections and communications with the public, media and other institutions, natural bodies and legal entities.
Curators and guides of the Department carry out professional guiding tour along the sites in Kyustendil, together with the informators make presentations and lectures at the museum sites.
The Department develops and implements educational museum programmes for children, takes part in the development and implementation of museum projects financed by national and international programmes.
